Today we remembered Valter Baldaccini's birthday following his precious teaching: generosity is contagious and creates good works.

We are indeed very happy to have hosted a number of students in the UMBRAGROUP canteen who are attending the course as cook assistants and kitchen attendants at the Casa del Ragazzo in Foligno.

The idea for this reciprocation came from the management of the Casa del Ragazzo who wanted to give thanks in this way for the post-earthquake reconstruction project. The smiles and emotions of these kids have been a unique gift for us all.

"Remembering Valter we would like to continue to commemorate his life testimony, his entrepreneurial and social commitment and the style with which he treated others."  The Baldaccini Family wanted us to emphasize this and today's initiative gives even greater value to this desire.
