Between solidarity and fantasy

Solidarity has no borders. And this time it is appropriate to say this because support for the Valter Baldaccini Foundation’s socio-educational projects comes from a fantastic world where magic, power and spirituality of mysterious characters and creatures intertwine in unknown realms.

A reality born from the pen and fervent creativity of Sara Ortolani, a close friend of ours, author of the novel Arcani Tributi, the first volume of the fantasy saga I Custodi di Dramar, self-published by the writer.

Sara, together with the Dramar team, was present at the Be Comics fair which was held in Padua from March 18-20, 2022. Sara decided to donate the proceeds from the sale of the book at the fair to support the emergency in Ukraine .

“In this difficult moment - Sara Ortolani told us - we believe that every small gesture can make a difference and we want to contribute, through the Valter Baldaccini Foundation, and help the people who are paying the price of the war in progress”.

This donation, together with all those arriving in these days in support of Ukrainian refugees, will be destined for the academic humanitarian corridor that the University of Perugia is organizing and which, since the first days of the bombings, the Foundation has chosen to support.

Thanks to Sara and all Dramar friends for this beautiful gesture. Thank you for your concrete help and for choosing to “unite our two worlds”.
