Beatrice Baldaccini al Qasba Talks dedicated to social value

"Generating bonds with concreteness" This is the theme that united the presentations during the fifth Qasba Talks event, a series of online meetings, designed to reflect together on the changes taking place, organized by Qasba, an interesting entrepreneurial organization in Spoleto, a creative laboratory in which to share, work and develop ideas.

Last Friday, June 18th, the focus of the Qasba Talks was the cooperative interaction between businesses, public administration, volunteering and non-profit organizations and their possible synergies in generating social value. On this occasion our President, Beatrice Baldaccini, explained what we do by sharing some of the Valter Baldaccini Foundation projects. She underlined the experience of UMBRAGRUOP, which embraces social responsibility as one of its core values, a value transmitted by Valter Baldaccini, the company founder.

The virtual event was moderated by Maria Stella Giannetti, fundraiser and external relations manager of Sophia University. The following unique and interesting speakers presented their experiences and thoughts:

• Johnny Dotti, pedagogist and social entrepreneur;
• Giorgia Salvatori, Councilor for Youth Policies, Innovation, Participation and the Civil Economy District of Campi Bisenzio (FI);
• Marta De Angelis palliative doctor of the Aglaia association and member of the board of directors of the Palliative Care Federation
• Giorgio Pallucco, lawyer and director of the Caritas diocesan Spoleto-Norcia.
