A solidarity baptism

Even a festive occasion can turn into a moment of solidarity and concrete help.

This happened with one of our donor familes who, on the occasion of their child's baptism, asked their loved ones and friends to make a donation for the socio-educational project of distance support in Burkina Faso instead of giving them gifts.

But there is more, because doing good is contagious.

Among the baptismal guests there was a couple celebrating their fiftieth wedding anniversary and who, impressed by the idea, decided to join the initiative and ask friends and relatives to celebrate their anniversary not with gifts, but with donations for the project in Burkina.

Thanks to all the donations collected at the start of the new school year. 6 children will have the opportunity to attend school and build a better future.
