The UMBRAGROUP MRO team for distance support in Burkina Faso

The MRO (Maintenance Repair Overhaul) team of UMBRAGROUP is allocating funds to the long-distance support project in Burkina Faso. This is money raised during the end-of-year dinner, an event organized between retired colleagues, male and female friends, 

The donation of €300 will allow Leonel and Clarisse to attend primary school for a year. They will be in fifth and second grade respectively, giving them a unique opportunity.

This gesture takes on an even deeper meaning considering the current context of Burkina Faso, which is experiencing a period of great turbulence: a few days ago, on February 22nd, the country suffered a terrorist attack during a religious function, which resulted in the death of at least 15 people. The situation is extremely unstable: the civilian population is suffering and, when they have the chance, they leave the country to look for a better future elsewhere.

Every small gesture we can do together for the Burkinabé population is very important. Our heartfelt thanks go to this group of friends of the Valter Baldaccini Foundation who wanted to communicate closeness and profound sensitivity with this sign. Thank you!
