Valter Baldaccini: An Example for New Generations

The story of Valter Baldaccini continues to be a source of inspiration for younger generations. The Foundation has a dual objective: to carry out socio-educational and social inclusion projects for people in difficulty an to work to ensure that Valter Baldaccini—his life, and his values—are known and shared, even by those who never met him.

Producing Material to Tell the Story of Valter Baldaccini

With this goal in mind, over the past ten years the Foundation has produced several publications that narrate his life using different approaches for different purposes.

Additionally, on its tenth anniversary, the Foundation created “Valter Baldaccini, la vita come esempio” the docufilm that brings together interviews with people who shared various experiences and aspects of Valter’s daily life.

Sharing the Story of Valter Baldaccini

Since December 2025, the Valter Baldaccini Foundation has been involved by Umbragroup in a student orientation project aimed at preventing students from dropping out of school among middle and high school students in the Umbria region.

Viewing the docufilm—together with school leaders, teachers, students, and families—is one of the educational activities promoted within the project.

To date, this initiative has been carried out with classes from Carducci Middle School in Foligno and with the upper primary school of the Convitto Nazionale Principe di Napoli in Assisi.

The story of Valter Baldaccini can inspire new generations as well. Valter was an enlightened entrepreneur who always acted—both in his private and professional life—placing respect, attention to others, and the common good above everything else.
