The first tomato plants in Kenya

After construction of the greenhouse (see the photographs here), a new phase of the project has begun in Kenya thanks to the support of our donors. The first tomato plants are growing in the pink vegetable garden!

For the twenty women working with Sister Federica on the MUTANU project, taking care of this land in the pink vegetable garden means have a real job opportunity, rediscovering their dignity, and autonomy.

It is really a great joy to see this dream that is slowly becoming reality.

We cannot wait to see the first tomatoes appear!
