The 2025 Golden Heart Award has been awarded

The Valter Baldaccini Foundation's Golden Heart Award is a recognition we've been giving for several years to individuals or organizations who, over the course of the year, have created or promoted activities and initiatives that have particularly impacted us, in support of the Foundation's social projects.

It's a symbolic gesture of immense value to us: showing our gratitude to those who walk alongside us. We are therefore very happy to announce the winners of the 2025 Golden Heart Award.

Volunteers' 2025 Golden Heart Award

The Foundation's more than fifty volunteers cook lunch at the Foligno Diocesan Caritas soup kitchen three Saturdays a month. Among them, we chose to recognize a new volunteer who joined this year. She immediately embraced this role with enthusiasm and responsibility, and in fact, she worked the most shifts of all:

• Michela Cherubini, for her generous dedication to joining the group of Foundation volunteers who serve in the Caritas soup kitchen. Michela demonstrates the joy of volunteering as a genuine desire to help others.

Furthermore, for just over a year, a group of people has been actively and voluntary working to develop the Foundation's communications and fundraising activities. We meet regularly, and each of them is making a significant contribution to the Foundation's growth. Therefore, we chose to award this recognition to:

• Mariolina Frigeri, Angelo Mattonelli, Bryan Colurciello, Beatrice Della Longa, and Erica Becchetti, for their dedication, enthusiasm, care, and attention to this group. We thank them for the precious gift of their time and for being daily witnesses to the Foundation's social projects and Valter Baldaccini's legacy.

Donors' 2025 Golden Heart Award

A significant group of Umbragroup employees this year chose to donate part of their vacation time to the Foundation's socio-educational and social inclusion projects. Essentially, they chose not to take their vacation time and asked the company to donate the corresponding amount to the Foundation. Of all the vacation time donors, whom we thank, the most generous in 2025 were:

• Alessio Ruffinelli, Marco Cavanna, and Daniele Bonucci, whom we would like to thank for this gesture of great generosity and altruism, which demonstrates how each of us can do our part to create a better world.
