La Quintanella in support of "With families"

On October 31st the Quintanella organized a Halloween party open to all the children of the area. It was a moment of fun, jokes and solidarity because part of the proceeds were donated to the Valter Baldaccini Foundation for the project With the Families; this € 500 donation will become concrete help for the most fragile families in the area and their children.

Many thanks to all donors, to the President of the Quintanella, Massimo Palini, and to the delegation of mothers and children who came to visit us at the Foundation to bring us this precious gift.

La Quintanella is an event entirely dedicated to children. It was born in 1976, inspired by the famous Giostra della Quintana of Foligno. During the event, children representing the eight neighborhoods into which the city is divided parade in period costumes and challenge each other in the Giostra, where eight riders equipped with lances, riding bicycles, must lance the race rings without making mistakes. During the year the association promotes various activities entirely dedicated to children.
