Establishment of the Valter Baldaccini Foundation's "Golden Heart" Award

There are many people who walk alongside us every day. They are people who have known Valter Baldaccini personally or who have come to know the Foundation through the humanitarian and socio-educational projects we carry out every day. Among them, there are some who, with creativity, enthusiasm, passion and great generosity, have promoted initiatives or donated their time to those in need over the past year. 

We are very grateful to them and to recognize them, we have instituted the Golden Heart Award which, each year, we will award to those who have done something particularly impressive for the Foundation. 

Winners of the Golden Heart Award 2021

We are happy and honored to announce the Golden Heart Award 2021 winners, three dear friends: 

• Mirco Rancetti for conceiving and promoting a fundraising initiative in the UMBRAGROUP warehouse that allowed the collection of an important donation to be provided to the most fragile people;
• Sara Ortolani for having donated her first prize winnings in the "Giuseppe Carpanacci" prose and poetry competition to the Foundation to be used for the most needy families in the area;
• Victor Movesca who has volunteered the most hours over the past year to cook many hot meals at the Caritas Diocesan canteen in Foligno.
