A special donation for the Kosovo Project: Dario's first communion for the children of the Leskoc House

On her son Dario's first communion, Beatrice Baldaccini,  the President of the Valter Baldaccini Foundation, chose to transform this special moment into a gesture of solidarity. Together with her family, she asked friends and relatives to make a unique gift: a donation for the boys and girls hosted in the Leskoc House, in Kosovo. This will help the Valter Baldaccini Foundation in its commitment to realize social projects for training and work inclusion.  

"I think that first communion is an important step in a person's spiritual growth and journey of faith. Christian values and the golden rule of the Gospel "love your neighbor" tell us to always pay attention and for this reason, as a family, we have chosen to make this gesture of solidarity".

The funds raised - 3,000 euros - were donated to Issa and Samira, brother, and sister of the Leskoc House, who spent afternoons playing with Dario last year, during the last volunteer trip to Kosovo.

The Valter Baldaccini Foundation thus continues to promote concrete gestures of solidarity, strengthening its commitment to the Kosovo project and offering new opportunities for growth and hope to many children.
