A new tool is enriching the "With the families" project

The toolkit of our “With the families" educators has been enriched with many beautiful books to read and share during meetings of the socio-educational project.

“With the families” is dedicated to the most fragile and needy families of our area. Starting today, Annachiara and Lucia will go to the homes of the families with a briefcase full of books. The aim of this initiative is to promote reading from the very first months of life and to help children give shape and color to their emotions, leading them to discover new words and ever-changing sounds.

We are introducing this resource into the project becauseit is important to convey to parents the importance of reading aloud. In fact, it has been scientifically proven that reading aloud is a very powerful gesture of love and relationship. It’s a formidable exercise in forging the bond with your child and strengthens their language skills, memory, attention and sense of security.

A further step to guarantee these children the best possible start.
