Close to those who are suffering illness, Laura’s video

In the last year, together with the Umbrian delegation of the ANT Foundation, we managed to guarantee assistance to 7 cancer patients in our area.

The social project Medical care at home for cancer patients ensures that every day, a team of professionals made up of doctors, psychologists and nutritionists, go to the houses of those suffering illness, giving them assistance, treatment and support.

They are people like Mrs. Giulia who told us: "The doctors and the nurses are incredibly kind, as soon as I call them they come immediately. They are people who open their heart and are always smiling. And then, when they draw my blood ... they never leave a mark on me!".

This is concrete help that is not only provided to those who are sick, but to the whole family, who many times find themselves frustrated in facing the illness of a loved one. Laura explains this by sharing her testimony in this video.
