Our wish for a Happy Easter

We are certainly celebrating an unconventional Easter this year.

In facing this health emergency and safeguarding our health and the health of others, we are compelled to rethink the way we reflect and pray and how we normally share festive moments with our families.

In addition to those closest to us, we send our thoughts to all the people who are in great difficulty and who we follow daily through the socio-educational and humanitarian projects of the Valter Baldaccini Foundation.

The situation we are facing is even more difficult for the most vulnerable families, for those without a job, for those who are experiencing this pandemic in the poorest areas of the world, where access to medical care is practically impossible.

Recently, we were re-reading a writing by Valter Baldaccini and we found, between the lines, his wish for peace. This inspired us to reflect on his words and it seemed appropriate to share them with you on the occasion of Easter. 

"You will agree with me that one wish stands above the others: a new age can begin in which humanity can finally embrace peace as the value that supports others, because peace means life, growth, cultivating improvement in relations with others and in relations between peoples ”.
