Free dermatological visits togheter with ANT Foundation

Identifying a tumor at an early stage allows it to be treated more effectively and contributes to reducing the mortality rate. For this reason, this year the Valter Baldaccini Foundation has chosen again to donate 48 free dermatological visits to the community, carried out in collaboration with the Umbrian delegation of the ANT Foundation.

The visits dedicated to the prevention of skin cancer will be held on Tuesday 5 December 2023 and Wednesday 6 December 2023, from 9am to 1pm and from 2pm to 6pm, in the ANT mobile clinic, which will be inFoligno, in Piazza San Domenico.

Professionals will conduct examinations with the aid of dermoscopy, a non-invasive dermatological method which examines the characteristics of pigmented epidermis structures which cannot be seen by simple inspection with the naked eye.

To receive the free visit, you must reserve your place by filling out the booking form. Reservations are open from Monday 20 November, at 10 am, to Friday 1 December 2023, as long as places last. The initiative takes place as part of the social projects dedicated to families of the Valter Baldaccini Foundation and is sponsored by the Municipality of Foligno. Since its inception, the Foundation has collaborated with ANT: we are therefore proud to be able to once again offer the opportunity to access free medical visits and to be able to actively contribute to the health and well-being of our community.
