A future for Kieran

Unity is strength. Perhaps this was precisely the intention that prompted a group of colleagues, who work together in UMBRAGROUP, to get together to support little Kieran from a distance.

Kieran is 5 years old and lives with his mother in Mathare, one of the largest slums in Nairobi. He could not have attended school without the support of this group of donors who, with a small monthly donation, will guarantee him the right to study. This is no ordinary gift for little Kieran, it's a priceless treasure that has the power to radically transform his life. With this tangible opportunity in his hands, Kieran now can build a brighter and more dignified future for himself step by step.

Valter Baldaccini firmly believed that access to education was the only possible way to guarantee a better future to children and young people living in marginalized conditions. He promoted a socio-educational project of distance support in Kenya. Today, the Foundation that bears his name is committed to continuing and expanding this noble initiative.

Our greatest and warmest thanks go to each of these donors. The journey will be very long and difficult, but we hope that together we will be able to accompany Kieran until the end of his educational adventure.
